What is on, and what is not

This works

You can read the catalogue, read the lessons, save the lessons on the device, choose a language, save a level 1 registration, start a habit and join an open mission. Signed in, you can publish a suggestion on the board or save an idea. Neither is a grant, a partner or a measured result. You can submit an organisation for review. It is not a partner until a different person verifies it.

This is deliberately off

Payments, open grants, verified benefit, homes on a map, games, AI agents and outreach.

Thirty agent roles are described. None of them run, and none has a budget.

The emergency stop is not on. No agent is running, and no schedule is set.

A development prompt is written by a person and can be copied after an approval. It is not run.
