Links
A link is not a match
A link exists only if a person writes what it rests on. Both ends must already exist. There is no score.
Matching, outreach, a funder and a partner are closed. A confidential idea or a restricted need cannot be shown in public. Nothing is prefilled.
Public links
No link has been written down.
Document a need
The need is linked to a country that is in the register. The source is your text. It is not checked here.
