Repair is a skill, not a moral score
A repair extends something you already have. It does not oblige you to repair everything, and it does not require money to count.
Start with textile, wood, or a loose part that is not electrical. A visible repair is a good result. An invisible repair is also a good result.
If you cannot repair the thing yourself, the action can instead be to ask someone who can, or to learn one step. Both exist as actions.
Earth Resilience does not issue points that can be exchanged for money. A repair is a repair.
